The fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Two doors open onto the garden, where you’ll find a generous charcoal/gas barbecue and outdoor seating for six and additional seating in another section of the garden.
A standout feature of the property is the indoor hot tub, accommodating up to five guests, offering a private and tranquil space to unwind after a day of work or exploring Sussex.

Other things to note
Please note that this property enforces a strict age policy: bookings can only be made by a lead guest aged 21 or over. Reservations from groups where the lead guest is under 21 will not be accepted.
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and maintain good relations with our neighbours, we kindly request that noise levels be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. This includes refraining from loud music and parties. The property is equipped with noise monitoring devices set to a reasonable threshold to help enforce this policy.
In the event of a noise alert, we will contact you promptly. Should the issue persist or if there is no response, we will attend to the property, and any associated costs will be charged to you. Continued non-compliance may result in further interventions, additional charges, and, in extreme cases, the termination of your stay.
Please ensure that the hot tub shed door is always securely closed and locked after use. Additionally, cover the hot tub when finished. Do not touch or tamper with any switches located on the wall inside the hot tub shed.
